Captivated by the Ruler of the Underworld

Chapter 254 Sylvester's Curiosity

"That's strange. Where did that pretty little girl go?" Martin finally realized.

One of Philip's disciples approached and respectfully said to Martin and Lloyd, "Mr. Lambert, Philip has requested your presence. He says the performance is about to begin and he's been expecting you." Lloyd looked at Martin in confusion. "Martin, did Philip hire actors to perform?"

Martin smirked, refusing to reveal anything to Lloyd. "You'll find out when you get there."

After the three of them left, Scarlett crawled out from under the bed. She gazed at Trenton's worn face with heartache.

She clutches Trenton's hand tightly, silently pleading for his recovery.

Two ten-meter-tall stone lions guarded the Divine Doctor Association's main gate alongside the towering stone pillars.

Sylvester stood in front of the majestic main hall in white attire. He gazed up at the sign on the front pillars that said the Divine Doctor Association.

Hailey bowed. "Mr. Gomez, please follow me."

Sylvester withdrew his gaze and followed Hailey inside.

Apart from the spacious and solemn hall inside the main hall of the Divine Doctor Association, there were three more floors above. At this moment, Martin, Lloyd, and Dr. Watson took a different route. He directly took the elevator to the top floor to meet Philip.

Lloyd saw Philip lounging on the couch and walked over to ask, "Philip, what exactly are you and Martin up to? Why are you keeping it from me?"

Philip picked up a remote control and pressed a button aimed at the smooth wall before him. A flash of light suddenly illuminated the wall, revealing a scene on its surface.

Sylvester entered the main hall, and his eagle-like eyes vigilantly scanned the surroundings.

Hailey led Sylvester to the elevator and respectfully said, "Mr. Gomez, Philip is on the top floor. You can go up on your own."

After that, Hailey turned to leave.

Sylvester raised his hand, pressed the button for the upper floor, and stepped in. He pushed the fourth-floor button, but nothing happened.

Sylvester decisively pressed the second-floor button with an eyebrow raised and the elevator slowly began to ascend.

Sylvester sneered at this scene.

He knew that trouble was waiting for him.

Oh well.

Nothing in this world could ever trouble Sylvester!

Sylvester was curious about what those old men were up to.

He would accept whatever they threw at him.

Lloyd was confused seeing Sylvester on the big screen. "Who is he?"

Sylvester was incredibly handsome, even more so than Robert.

Philip chuckled, "He's Sarah's boyfriend."

Lloyd's jaw dropped. "What? Sarah's boyfriend? She's so young to have a boyfriend!"

Martin finally felt like he had someone on his side. He was pleased and patted Lloyd beside him as he said, "Yeah. I'm also upset. Sarah is so exceptional, yet she ends up with this man. But Philip says this man is also outstanding. I feel like this man can't do anything except being good-looking."

Lloyd clenched his fists, already itching for a fight with Sylvester. He smashed his fist against the antique round table beside him.

The table instantly shattered with a loud crash.

Philip gazed at the wreckage, shaking his head. Lloyd destroyed this million-dollar antique from a noble family in one blow.

She tried to comfort him, "Lloyd. I know you practice martial arts, but there's no need to smash antiques. I know you're angry, but what did this antique do wrong?"

Lloyd pointed furiously at Sylvester on the screen. "Philip, he doesn't deserve to be Sarah's boyfriend."

Philip patted Lloyd's arm. "Alright, maybe he'll turn us all wrong. Let's keep watching."

Martin yet suggested, "But I don't believe he can pass this level. How about we make a bet?"

Lloyd immediately responded, "I'll go first. I bet he can't make it."

Martin quickly agreed.

Then both Martin and Lloyd looked at Philip expectantly.
