His Destructive, Toxic Love

Chapter 580

"Yeah," Eliza admitted softly.

"Then why did you come back? Why show up at my estate? Why have my child if you despise me so much? Why stir things up again, Eliza?"

He was crying now, his eyes red and tears clinging to his lashes. The pain was evident, and Eliza saw it clearly. But what could she do? Until he realized that shutting himself off would mean losing her and everyone else's hopes, how would he change? "How was I supposed to know you'd turn into someone so... repulsive?"

"Repulsive?" He gave a bitter chuckle. Yeah, he felt repulsive. Even he couldn't stand himself. She was just voicing what they both knew.

"Casper, if you're okay, maybe you should leave. I don't need an audience when I'm... busy later."

Her words hit Casper like a slap. He grabbed her neck and pressed her against the wall. "Eliza, how could you..."

"How could I not?" she shot back, lifting her chin defiantly. "You've given me no hope, Casper. Am I not allowed to find my own happiness? You wanted the divorce, remember? Since you let me go, stop wallowing in self-pity."

"And what if I don't want to let go now?" His hand slid up to her chin. "Eliza, I can undo the divorce just as easily as it happened. I don't need your approval."

"And if I don't listen?" Her gaze was fierce, enough to drive him mad. "Will you break my neck?"

"You think I won't?"

Eliza nodded, daring him. "Would you?"

He couldn't bring himself to harm her, nor could he find another way to calm her infuriating defiance. Leaning down, he kissed her. The mask between them was cold, a

barrier. Eliza pushed him away's

"Can't you take off the mask?"

He held onto her neck, continuing to kiss her. His urge to possess here was overwhelming. Jealousy surged, making him crave her

familiar warmth and scent. Finally,

the mask fell away.

His tongue pressed against hers, entwining fiercely, leaving no room for her to pull back. He held her close, pressing her against the plush sofa, breathing warmth into her mouth.

"There are cameras..." she tried to

push him away, but he had already

slipped down her straps. t

stop, grabbing an ashtray and hurling it at the camera. The shattering sound left only the

intimate sound of their kisses in the

room.

"Tell me, everything you just said... it's not true..." His kisses were desperate, intense, as though he wanted to absorb her into himself.

"Casper, if I say it's all true, would you change for me?" She held onto his thick hair, hoping he'd change.

He stayed silent for a long time, but his kisses only grew more intense, trailing from her lips to her neck, her collarbone, conquering every inch...
