Chapter 963
Anya's mind was buzzing with questions, and Leo asked, "Why didn't you consider Jade?"
"...If I tell Auntie, then Grandma will find out."
Leo chuckled, "You really get them." Those two were always ready to stir things up and stand by each other.
Leo drove to the rental house, "So, are you coming with me or waiting here?"
"I'll come with Chad."
With a snap of his fingers, Leo had Anya eagerly grabbing her backpack and following him.
When they reached the Davis family's doorstep, Leo told Anya to stay in the car. Looking confused, she asked, "Chad?"
"Stay put."
Leo went up and knocked on the door. "Is Paige home?"
Soon, a woman came out, eyeing Leo from head to toe. "Who are you?" she asked.
Leo just flashed a smile.
At Naomi's coffee shop, Anya was sipping her coffee on the side while Leo and the woman across from him locked eyes. "Paige, I can't believe you didn't know about your husband's affairs all these years," Leo said. Women aren't fools; if her daughter turned a blind eye, it was likely Paige knew too.
"Who are you? What do you mean by that?" Paige demanded.
Leo told her he could help, promising to leave Vincent with nothing.
"Paige, your affair isn't too shabby either," Leo remarked, taking a sip of his coffee. "But don't worry, the enemy of my enemy is my friend."
Paige's grip on her purse tightened.
Anya's ears perked up. Both of them cheating? She couldn't wait to share this juicy gossip with her aunt and grandma; they loved such dramatic tales.
"You were consulting a lawyer about divorce the other day, and I overheard. You have no proof of Vincent's infidelity, but he's got evidence of yours online. You'd lose everything in the divorce. So, your meltdown that night was because you found out Vincent was planning to take over your company and then dump you, right?"
"Who exactly are you?" Paige asked.
Leo's expression was cold, reminiscent of an uncle. "Someone who wants to help."
"He tried to mess with my girlfriend, and that made it my business."
Paige turned to look at Anya, still with her youthful, student-like appearance, then back at Leo. "How can you help me?"
"I've got evidence that he's dirty, and I can also destroy the evidence he has against you. Paige, being used, deceived, and losing everything to a heartless guy, you must hate him. I'll give you a gift - putting him behind bars!"
Paige glanced at Anya, who sat up straight, nervous. She thought making Chad leave with nothing was simple, but sending him to jail... Anya was scared.
Leo stood up, "Think it over and contact me. It's either you leave with nothing or him."
He was about to leave, holding his girlfriend's wrist.
"Wait."
Paige stopped Leo, "What do you want in return?"
Leo: "Nothing."
Paige stood up, "Give me the evidence."
"Within 3 days, I want to see him arrested by the police, and within 5 days, I want your divorce finalized," Leo said, wrapping his arm around Anya's neck, keeping one hand free. "I'll show you all the evidence first, but I'll only give you the evidence of his illegal dealings with underage girls. After three days, I'll give you the evidence of his affairs."
"And me..."
"Don't worry, I'll destroy the video evidence against you right in front of you," Leo said, still holding Anya as they left.
Paige sat in the coffee shop when suddenly, an email popped up on her phone.
She opened it to find all the evidence of her husband's affair, and a minute later, the email self-destructed, followed by another video.
Paige and a man outside the window locked eyes.
Leo, with a laptop on his lap, placed it on the girl next to him in the passenger seat, closed the window, and drove away. "Chad, what were you doing yesterday?" Anya asked.
Leo: "Gathering evidence to prove my innocence, silly girl." He glanced at his girlfriend. "Your boyfriend isn't so useless that he'd run to his family over something so trivial."
Anya pouted, "But you didn't tell me, I thought you were really going to jail."
"Mia got into so many fights, have you ever seen her go to jail?"
"But Auntie has connections, Uncle always has to bail his wife out."
Leo: "That's because she only reacts when provoked. Ms. Anya, call me before you do anything rash from now on."
Anya nodded, looking at the code on the computer, "Chad, what's this?"
"Code."
"I don't understand it."
"You wouldn't be normal if you did."
Anya obediently closed her mouth, "Chad, where are we going?"
"Mall."
"Why?"
"To buy a birthday gift for the little guy. His first birthday party is the day after tomorrow!"
Anya suddenly remembered she had business to attend to.
Cooper had returned to the country, but where his sister was, he wasn't, and vice versa.
Mostly, it was Cooper who was avoiding.
"Hey, brother-in-law, where's my sister?"
"Henry's in my office, your sister isn't here."
"Brother-in-law, I love you." Cooper immediately rushed to the company to hug his nephew.
You can escape the first day but not the fifteenth.
On Henry's first birthday, everyone gathered at Crescent Park.
Henry was dressed up like a little tiger, cute and adorable.
Among those who came to celebrate were not only his family but also his four godfathers. So far, only Conner seemed successful, bringing along his "fiancée." When Annie found out it was her godson's birthday, Conner barely started speaking, "Summer, come with me to our godson's..."
"Sure! When? I'll take the day off." She had already bought the gift.
The remaining four, though not accompanied by "godmothers," didn't come empty-handed.
Mr. & Mrs. Byrne and the elders also arrived, "Henry, let Grandma hold you." Coleen was overjoyed, holding the cute bundle.
When Leo and Anya showed up, the atmosphere between uncle and nephew turned icy.
Mia nudged her husband, Andre, who then pulled back his frosty demeanor and turned away, ignoring his nephew with a haughty air. "Chubby, come to brother."
"Little ball, give your uncle a kiss." Cooper finally showed up.
Mia looked at her younger brother, her fists clenched, "Cooper! Little! Cold!"
In the private dining room, Cooper raced ahead, with Mia in hot pursuit, her high heets clicking on the floor

I was wrong, I didn't get married, sis, dammit, Mia, you

On his birthday, Henry witnessed the lively scene, his excitement palpable as he tried to get a closer look.
Hansen warmly greeted the guests,
"Don't worry, everyone. My daughter
Mia is usually very 'gentle.' She's i
