I was too tired to keep running, The second man grabbed my hair and pulled me down to the floor,

"P...please let m..me go." I cried out fearfully, a part of me regretting why I had left the mansion in the first place,

"Good beast, she’s all yours but please spare my life." He muttered again,

I didn’t bother opening my eyes as I waited for my heart to be ripped out just like the others until I heard a familiar voice,

"Get your filthy hands off my mate immediately." He growled and when I opened my eyes, Dexter was standing right in front of me with a scary look and his shirt covered in blood.
