Chapter 101 Radio Signal
Right now, Felix was hiding in the bathroom.
Every room had surveillance cameras except the bathroom, so if Felix wanted to do something unnoticed, he had to hide in the bathroom.
Meanwhile, Howard was chilling in the dining room, insisting Allison join him for lunch, or he'd stop Sabrina's treatment.
"Boston lobster, king crab, can you handle all that?" Allison crossed her arms, clearly not planning to eat. She didn't trust Howard one bit; he was too shady.
She always checked her food before eating, and even Sabrina's meds were double-checked.
Howard had this weird love-hate thing for Allison. He'd never met a girl like her-super talented and crazy smart, even smarter than him, and he thought he was a genius.
The kicker? She wasn't into him at all, even looked down on him. Despite being a handsome, charming count, Allison didn't give him the time of day.
"Don't worry, I won't stuff myself. Besides, I have plenty of money-if I can't finish it, I can just throw it away!" Howard said.
Allison just laughed. She grabbed a knife and fork, expertly dismantled the king crab, and turned it into a plate of crab meat. "Thanks, Mr. Eaton. I'll take the crab meat, you can have the shell!" She walked off, and Howard, instead of getting mad, just laughed.
"Mr. Eaton, Gaia is too arrogant!" The butler grumbled.
Howard smirked, "Vian, you forget what I'm best at. I'm great at taming these rebellious girls!"
He downed a glass of red wine and headed to his room. It was huge, almost empty. He opened the wardrobe, which was full of black bathrobes and two girls tied up inside. They trembled like they'd seen a ghost when they saw Howard. Howard loved their fear. He grabbed one by the hair and dragged her into the bathroom. Soon, screams echoed from inside.
Allison had no clue about any of this. She went to find Felix and shared the crab meat with him.
They were eating, with four bodyguards standing nearby. Felix glanced at them. "Wanna join us?"
The bodyguards just stared, not saying a word or leaving.
Allison kicked Felix and kept eating. "How are Verity and Tobias?"
"I only see them at meals. They seem okay. When can we get off this boat? This can't go on!" Felix was frustrated.
He'd never felt so trapped, and Allison was puzzled. Howard knew who they were but only demanded she marry him. Something was off.
"How's Sabrina?" Felix was really worried about her but couldn't see her.
Allison nodded. "She's out of danger. Felix, stay in your room and don't wander around!"
She knew Felix wouldn't stay put, but they were stuck on this ship. Allison figured there were over fifty bodyguards on board. Trying to escape would be risky.
Felix nodded, sneaking a glance at Allison. They both silently went back to eating the king crab.
Suddenly, there was a commotion from the side of the ship. Allison got up to check it out, but a bodyguard blocked her path.
"No going out!" The bodyguard grabbed her, his tone harsh.
Allison was already at the door and saw something floating in the water. The surrounding water was darker, and she frowned.
Besides the smell of seawater, she caught a whiff of blood. Whatever was floating out there was probably a person.
"Someone fell overboard. Aren't you going to rescue them?" Allison asked the bodyguard.
The bodyguard rudely pulled her back. "Mind your own business. Don't meddle in things that don't concern you, and don't ask questions! Ms. Bennett, don't be the next one thrown into the sea!"
Allison's face turned serious. She'd heard about Howard's reputation but didn't expect reality to be worse than the rumors.
Rumor had it that Howard was extremely ruthless and knew how to torture people. No one ever dared to go against him because those who did ended up disappearing without a trace. Plus, he had power and connections. If anyone tried to expose him, he just used his money to make the problem go away.
Allison didn't know the exact direction but figured this sea area was probably international waters. Even if someone died, no one would hold Howard accountable. "That's too cruel; they're just children!" Allison glared at the bodyguard, furious.

The bodyguard was indifferent. "Ms. Bennett, it doesn't seem like a big deal. These girls weren't forced by Mr. Eaton; they came to him themselves. A few girls willing to sell everything for money aren't worth pitying!" Felix's room door was slammed shut, and Allison was taken to the medical bay. Before leaving, she knocked on the cabin door a few times.
That night, a sudden thunderstorm hit, and the ship rocked violently. Felix woke up but wasn't scared. He reached under his pillow and took out something, then staggered to the bathroom.
Once inside, he knelt on the floor and unfolded what he had. It was Allison's watch, which he had modified several times, turning it into a small radio transmitter.
Now, with the thunderstorm outside, it was the perfect opportunity. Felix carefully connected a few wires, and the watch made a sound.
As the watch beeped, Carl immediately received the signal.
"Sir, we've found Gaia's location!" someone shouted excitedly. Carl rushed over and, seeing the location, finally smiled.
"It's definitely her watch. Head in that direction immediately!" He ordered the ship to move at full speed.
When Alexander found out, he said to James, "The strait is ahead. Have the helicopter come. I want to wait at the port."
But his words made James worried. "Mr. Carter, we don't know where that ship is heading!"
Alexander then threw a tablet to James. "Howard didn't come specifically for Allison. He's out for a deal, and the person he's dealing with is now in the Blue Coral Sea. So the place they're definitely heading is Imperial City!"
