At the airport, Jessica helped Mary check in her luggage, making sure everything she bought was taken care of

She then turned to Mary with a gentle smile. "I signed you up for driving lessons. Be sure to go, alright?"

The shadows on Mary's face lightened slightly, though she still didn't quite smile. She nodded.

"And I'll send you money every month. The house and car are both under your name now. Don't let anyone take them from you. Promise me that," Jessica continued

Mary nodded again, her hands trembling slightly. Jessica gave her a few more instructions before letting go of her hand. "Go on. Let me know when you get home safely."

Before she could step away, Mary suddenly teached out and clasped Jessica's hand tightly. "Jessica, thank you. If Nadia knew how much you've helped, I think she'd be incredibly grateful."

Jessica looked into Mary's teary eyes, a pang of sorrow tugging at her heart.

At that moment, she heard Nadia's voice whispering in her ear, "Jessica, can you hug my mom for me? Tell her to take care of herself."

Jessica gently embraced Mary, patting her back softly. "Please take care of yourself. Nadia would want you to be happy."

Mary nodded, finally letting go and making her way through security.

After leaving the airport, Jessica opened her blacktumbrella, shielding herself from the drizzle.
