Chapter 293

If it really was a tribulation!

The only one who could help Madison was Sebastian!

Back in Haven House, they found Wanda watching TV.

Wanda looked at them in surprise. "Aren't you supposed to be with Ms. Locke at the birthday party? Why are you back so soon?" Yara's expression turned serious. "Call Sebastian and ask where he is!"

She flew upstairs and soon came back down with the sentiment-sealing glass vial. "Did you get through to him?"

"Yeah. Mr. Hall said he's stuck in a traffic jam on the highway just entering Riverview because of an accident."

Yara clapped her hands. "Let's head over there now!"

Wanda ran outside, still puzzled. "What exactly happened?"

"Something bad! It's related to Madison."

Hearing Madison's name, Wanda didn't ask any further questions. She started the car and quickly drove toward the highway.

They met Sebastian's car as they were exiting the highway.

Sebastian couldn't see Yara in his current state, so she had to let Wanda take her into his vehicle.

Wanda was taken aback when she saw Sebastian. "Mr. Hall, what happened to you?"

Sebastian looked disheveled, with injuries on his elbow and head.

"I was in a minor car accident."

Wanda frowned. "This doesn't look like a minor accident."

She noticed Sebastian was holding a phone, which was livestreaming the birthday party of the Locke family's daughters.

It showcased how Ethan and Jason treated them differently. Madison was being publicly humiliated.

Sebastian's brows furrowed deeply, and a dark air surrounded him.

The car continued to drive forward as Sebastian urged, "Faster." "Yes."

The driver accelerated, and the car sped down the road.

Sebastian's gaze fell on the screen. "What do you need me for?"

Wanda looked at Yara.

Yara spoke a line, and Wanda echoed it.

As they continued speaking, Wanda's expression grew horrified. She looked at Yara in disbelief. "Are you serious? Ms. Locke's tribulation is today?"

Yara also focused on the livestream and saw the Robertson couple cause a scene.

She gritted her teeth. "Yes! Without sufficient spiritual energy to counter the favored one of the heavens, Madison will die today."

Wanda panicked. "What should we do?"

Sebastian finally lifted his gaze, looking into the void.

Although Sebastian couldn't see her, Yara felt her heart tremble at his gaze.

With a shaky voice, she explained how willpower could be turned into spiritual energy.

"Yara says that, Mr. Hall, your destiny is unique. Your will can significantly enhance Ms. Locke's spiritual energy. But because you like Ms. Locke, your will can't be converted into spiritual energy. Only by sealing your feelings for Ms. Locke can your will transform into spiritual energy."

Sebastian asked, "What's the solution?"

Wanda hesitated for a moment before taking the sentiment-sealing glass vial. "This is a sentiment-sealing glass vial. You need to drop your blood into it, recite Ms. Locke's name silently, and then read her birth date." Sebastian took the sentiment-sealing glass vial without a second thought.

He grabbed a knife from the car, swiftly cut his finger, and let his blood drip into the charm. Chapter 293

Wanda conveyed Yara's words, "Yara said not to worry, Mr. Hall. This sentiment-sealing glass vial is easy to unseal. Once Ms. Locke passes this tribulation, she can unseal the charm, and your feelings for her will return." Sebastian held the bottle, silently reciting Madison's name.

As he prepared to say her birth date, he suddenly opened his eyes and asked, "Does Madison know about this?"

Wanda looked at Yara before answering, "Yara said that Ms. Locke has known for a long time. But she also said that your feelings are your own and that no one should interfere with them."

A gentle smile appeared on Sebastian's face. "That sounds like something she would say."

Of course, only he could handle his feelings.

Sebastian silently recited Madison's birth date.

A slight pain started to spread through his body. It felt as if a powerful force was tugging every cell in his body. As he sank into darkness,

Madison's face flashed through Sebastian's mind. She was looking at him with cold, clear eyes-no smile, just a slight furrow in her brows

Then, a white mist, drifting in from somewhere, began to rise from beneath Madison's feet.

Bit by bit, it enveloped her until she was completely shrouded in the mist.

Madison!
